selling a phone in contract

I’ve had a contract since aug 21 and still have till aug 23 to go, the contract is in my name but the phone was for my son, he’s now decided to get his own contract but is wanting to sell the phone I have in my name can he sell it even tho I’ve still got £200 to pay ? Thanks

You can sell your handset whilst in a contract as long as you keep up with your contractual payments.
