setting up app

Morning,

I have set up my new phone this morning and downloaded the app. 
I have ported my number from

another provider and the phone is working with this number.

Unfortunately, the app only recognises the number that initially came with the phone. It sends an activation message

to that number which obviously I don’t have access to.

please advise

Sounds like you might need to wait until the iD systems have updated @Jager123, so that your online “My iD Account” ‘knows’ you’re using the number you transferred to iD, and not the one initially allocated to your iD account.

Most likely the port was completing that day you tried to register.

Once it’s fully completed, the number updates on our end as well as the active number on the SIM.

Have you since tested to see if it’s allowing?
