I got a contract with ID and received my new phone next day. But I am still waiting for a sim card leaving me with no access to the internet. But without the sim card I can't do anything . Please help

Hey @Issey Docherty, you could pop into your nearest Currys store and get a replacement iD SIM card. 

You’d need to activate this online before connecting to the iD Mobile network.
