I upgraded on Friday and my old Sim has not activated within 24 hours. It shows emergency calls only and when I try to ring it says not registered on network

We are sorry to hear that. It sounds like you may need a new SIM card.

Are you still using the old SIM or did you receive a  new SIM card.

You can collect a new SIM from a Curry’s store or we can get one sent out in the post.
