SIM not working

New phone A25 5g Galaxy my old sim is inserted but not able to receive or phone out. All tips tried and contacted ID twice who assured me it would work after following instruction, still no joy!! Need phone as 24 hour carer and frustrated as I can't speak to any on. Can anyone help PLEASE

Just checking if you can send and receive text messages?

It may be worth testing the SIM in a different handset if it’s only a call issue.

Hi Kash I have tried everything still not able to receive calls or messages or send either, eventually rang the complaints line and spoke to someone! I am getting sent a new SIM hoping it arrives tomorrow.
