Your post title says that you have an eSim query but your post text mentions an issue with mobile data?
- eSim’s are not available on iD Mobile and won’t be for a long time to come.
- If mobile data isn’t working then make sure you have the correct APN settings.
Sorry, when we try and connect it only gives an eSIM option?

Is the SIM card working fine in other handsets but just not the iPhone 13 pro max?
Test the SIM in another handset to see if this still works?
