hi … would like to stay with my idmobile sim only plan but change to a slightly cheaper plan ….. but it says i cannot do this .
my present plan finishes on the 9 th Jan ‘24

If you’ve got a 12-month minimum term SIM only plan, then you’ll need to wait until the minimum term has ended before you can change to another plan, @Richard Stevenson.

Hi @Richard Stevenson 

 

Once your current contracted period ends you’ll be able to “upgrade” to a cheaper SIM only plan.
