My wife and I have been with ID mobile for many years but just recently I keep getting cut off after around 10 minutes into a call and my wife when speaking to my son on 02 that after around 15 seconds into the call a voice says that this call is not allowed and then cuts off
these problems have only started recently, I should add
both mobiles are current models and up to date
