still no signal

I've complained loads of times about my very poor signal and nothing has been done about it  its ridiculous for months now .when I ring or someone rings me I carnt hear them as it keeps going off please sort this for me . I'm paying 25.99 for nothing and I carnt afford this as I carnt use my phone as I should be able to

I've done everything. Was told to put sim in another phone and still no signal. Not even 1 bar . It's ridiculous 😒  I've spoken to ppl and still not sorted 😒

I’m sorry to hear this, if you haven’t tried a replacement SIM card, this could be worth a try, you’ll be able to pick up a replacement SIM card at any Currys store and activate it via the iD Mobile app/website while logged in.
