transferred number not workong

I received a massage from id mobile that my old number has been transferred! I have tried to add my old number on iPhone 15 but am not able to ! I followed all the community advice I could fine. Stoped iMessage shut down phone restarted, reset the network settings and tied to add the number to my apple account and link it but nothing works ? I know have a messed phone and no access to called and messages. Please can some help what else can I do ?

When following the below, does the correct number show or the incorrect one?

 

Settings > Phone > My Number

 

When you call out to someone, does the correct number show for them or the incorrect one?

Hi Tom, I think its sorted the number in stetting  - phone - just took until this morning to update everything but all good know thanks Ilse
