I cannot get access to my account online whenever I try the live chat it says it is busy try later but is always busy

Yeah, I’m having the same issue, even tried Twitter. It’s double terrible for me because some quirk of their automated system has disabled my SIM card.

What seems to be the issue with logging in?

In most cases a quick fix is changing the password.

However it’s always worth ensuring that you have an account registered.
