Can I pay my contract off early and upgrade?
My phone is damaged and not working properly so need to replace it. Due to upgrade 25th may

If you’ve currently got a 24-month minimum term contract, then it might be possible
If not, the only way to end a contract in its minimum term is to cancel by giving notice, or using a PAC. Either way, you’ll have to pay the early termination fee.

Okay, if your iD contract is currently a handset contract with a 24-month minimum term, then just login to your iD account online at look at your upgrade offers.
Hopefully you’ll find an offer that suits you, in your iD account online.

The earliest date you’ll be able to upgrade will be visible in the iD Mobile app/website, unfortunately that date cannot be brought forward even with paying up the rest of the contract.
