Hi I tried to upgrade my phone this morning to Samsung 24 with double memory and a galaxy watch. I could not get my trade in phone page to work. It would not find my old phone. I had a three hour drive home from work and have logged on to try again. Please can someone contact me as I can't find the deal with the watch. It said it had to be ordered by today !

Have you tried using the Samsung Shop Online, @Lana748?

You might be able to get the watch offer if you purchase a SIM free S24 from the Samsung Shop Online.
