My upgraded iphone 14 isn’t working, it won’t continue past a software upgrade screen, I received it Monday and still isn’t upgrading, I can’t access anything on the phone due to the upgrading screen, I want to sent this current iphone 14 back in return for another one as I’m still having to use my old phone now because the upgraded one doesn’t work

Maybe you can take your new iPhone 14 to an Apple or Currys store and the staff should be able to assist upgrading the iOS on your iPhone 14
