I was to trying to upgrade my contract and it went twice first time said prefer didn’t go through then second trying it went through but I received two order confirmations under two different order numbers

Were you given two different new numbers? That wouldn’t sound like an upgrade, that sounds like you may have purchased two entirely new, separate contracts.

 

I’d recommend the same as @andewhite above, the sales team will be able to assist with this.
