Hello, Cheryl Anne Collins here, I upgraded my phone to a Google pixel 7 pro on February 8th 2023 when I completed my two year contract ID mobile Sony Xperia 5ii. I was supposed to receive the aforementioned voucher, when I inquired I was told that I would get it sent to my email. I have not yet received it, it is getting on for two months. Can you help me?
