How do I get a PUK code to unblock my SIM?

If you enter the wrong PIN to unlock your phone too many times, you might block your SIM. If this happens, you’ll be asked to enter an 8-digit PUK code to unblock it.

To get your PUK code, please can get in touch with our agents via Live Chat. Our Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays.

Hi , I have locked my phone by entering the wrong sim lock 3 times i need to get a PUK code. I can`t get into my account as don`t know details and can`t do lost info as can`t get on phone how do i get PUK

The number that you provided doesn’t look like an iD Mobile number.

If it’s a number belonging to a different network I would advise contacting them directly.

This is great however what if your live chat is closed? How does one get the puk code?

Have got locked out of my phone, the sim wants a PUK code. My password is not accepted to log-in to id Mobile, so clicked on ‘forgot password’, they sent me a code on my phone, but can’t get it, as my  android phone is locked needing the PUK code?  I’ve also seen that I need an iD Mobile customer service pin to get on ‘chat’ but don’t know what this is?  Please advice me. Maybe a phone number to ring instead?  HeatherPJ

I’ve been trying to click on ‘Live Chat’ can’t get it to appear, how do I contact iD mobile when I can’t get to the live chat? Please help me, my phone needs a PUK code asap. I’ve tried different browsers to no avail.
