If I have a SIM only 1-month rolling contract, can I change the plan and schedule it to start with the next billing period? For example, if my billing period runs from 14th of the month and I want to move from a 2GB to 5GB plan, can I make the request on the 1st of the month to start from 14th?

When you submit the plan change, it’ll complete in 24-hours so there’s no way to delay this.
In this case submit it in the last 48-hours for the smallest pro-rata bill.
