Accidentally ordered 2 SIMs

I ordered a SIM card however didn’t received any emails confirming an order and the web page bugged out so I put the order through again.

I have now received 2 emails 1 minute apart with different order references saying that my order has been processed and that I will receive tracking info when its dispatched.

Is there any way I can cancel one of the orders and not get charged for 2 SIMs?
