I’m on a rolling monthly sim only contract on one of my accounts which my son uses. In the app it says I can upgrade and when I select the deal I want it gives me the price in the top pic. However if I was a new customer I could get the price on the bottom pic. On chat when I went on to ask them to match the new customer price, they said I wasn’t eligible for an upgrade as I only took out the sim only deal in April. Yet it allows me to upgrade through the app. Is my only way of getting the new customer deal to ask for PAC code, port the number to another sim then take out a new contract?

Upgrade deals are often different to new customer deals, if you aren’t seeing an upgrade deal you’re happy with we’d recommend calling the sales team on 0207 1391 397.
