email saying i can upgrade, but not option to do it online

Hello,

 

I had an email a few days ago saying its time to upgrade, but when i go onto my account (tried app and online), it just takes me round in circles and opens new tabs. Ive been clicking plan and theres a big UPGRADES header but nothing under it. So I tried ‘updrades’ and it askes me to log back in again, i log in, then it just sends me back to the home screen with UPGRADES and nothing under it. 

Ive searched for 30 mins now and at this point, im loosing the will and going to look at other networks for a new phone. 

 

Anyone else had this problem?

Yes! Had this today. Frustrated to the point of going elsewhere! Can seem to get Live Chat to work either.

I’m sorry to hear this, there are some known issues with the app/website for upgrading which the team are working on and we apologise for.

 

If any issues are found there, we’d instead recommend calling the sales team on 0207 1391 397, using the Carphone Warehouse website, or visiting your local Currys store.
