My plan details suddenly changed, please support

Suddenly I was left with no data and when I tried to log in on th app had to re-set the details.

Now it shows 9 GB and not 63 while I have received no email whatsoever.
To be noted I was left stranded with no data (using the phone as map)

while driving when this happened - very unfortunate situation.
