I’ve just got the notification that my phone contract is ready to upgrade but it’s only showing me more phone contracts and no sim only deals. Nothing shows up when I click ‘change my plan’ either.

Does anyone know how to go from a phone contract to a sim only?

Have you discussed your plan change or upgrade options with the iD sales team, @Ehjoyce03?
