Plan not showing up

I’ve recently added the £10 6GB PAYG plan to my account but everything is showing up as 0 on the app so no idea how many GBs, minutes etc I’ve used/have left for this month. The app just says I don’t have a current plan even though I’ve paid the £10 and it does show my usage amount so far. What is going on??

I’m sorry to hear this, do you have access to the bundle or no access to services?

 

The app/website is having some issues with tracking usage, it may be worth also trying the website as well as the app to see if this helps.

 

Alternatively, your device may have a built in device tracker which may help.
