SIM only

I'm currently coming to the end of my 24 month contract. I'd like to keep my existing handset and move to a SIM only contract which appears to offer the same plan as I have at the moment for a cheaper price. 

 

I can't see the SIM only options as an available 'upgrade' in my online account. 

 

How do I go about requesting this, please?  I chatted to the iD Mobile team via Facebook messenger and they advised me that I could do this in the app but I can't see where or how.

If you’re unable to find an upgrade option for SIM only in your upgrades on the app/website, I’d recommend calling our sales team on 02071391397 for further assistance.
