I have just upgraded a Sim only contract, I went from £10/100Gb 1 month rolling contract to a £10/100Gb 12 month contract which had an offer of the first 3 months £0. I have received confirmation of the order (I also took a screen shot of the order). My app now tells me that I’ve upgraded to a £10/100Gb 1 month rolling contract. It has changed because it’s not allowing me to upgrade my sim it’s saying I have to wait 31 days.
can someone please help to try and explain what’s happened and what needs to be done to rectify.
