Sorry, you can't upgrade right now.

Hi all,

Just a quick question, I am on pay monthly and was due for upgrade for a while.

As there was no DD set on my account, in order to be considered I had to set a fresh DD.

I’ve done it yesterday with a first DD payment due on 27th July. 

 

Thing is the website is still returning  ‘Sorry, you can't upgrade right now as no active DD’.

My question is, how long wait is required for this to be completed? Will I have to wait until the first DD is collected on 27th July or perhaps earlier then than that.

Been with id for 4 years now and this is my second contract that just finished.

Just call the iD Mobile telephone sales team to discuss your upgrade options, @rajti

Contact iD sales on 020 7139 1397 - the sales advisers work between 9am - 6pm.
