I’ve got a pay monthly sim only with ID and now have a new phone/monthly contract and want to keep my old ID number

Did you purchase a new contract?
It unfortunately isn’t possible to directly move a number already with iD Mobile to another iD Mobile plan, sorry.
To get a new plan with the same number, we’d recommend an upgrade.
