I am being recommended an upgrade which has the first 3 months at half price, but when I click “upgrade now”, I get offered an upgrade without the first 3 months at half price.
23/07/2024 - I managed to get the same deal, i.e. first 3 months at half price, through car phone warehouse
25/07/2024- I have received an email from ID Mobile which states my first bill will be £9.00 and does not mention the reduced rate for the first 3 months
25/07/2024 - Whilst my ID Mobile account shows my next bill at £5.27. If this is pro-rata then it should be less than £5.00.
Can you please ensure that I will be receiving the reduced rate. I have also upgraded my wife’s plan as above, can you ensure this will also apply to her phone.
