why can't i check out when purchasing a new id plan?

I'm already an Id customer and I got an offer for a new plan with more data, so I go through the process of putting all my details, including payment details etc in.... Then it gets stuck and says there's some kind of error? I've tried different times and every time it stops at the  payment page.

And now I can't even find how to contact id to resolve it. Can anyone help?!

Not sure why the iD website doesn’t checkout, but you can also discuss your plan changes or upgrades with the iD telephone sales team, @tashD

Contact iD sales on 020 7139 1397 - the advisers work between 9am - 6pm.

Members of this online iD forum can’t look and your iD account, nor your iD orders.

Sorry to hear you can’t checkout. Have you tried via both the app and website?
