roaming data stopped working - italy

It stopped working this afternoon after three days here. I have not anywhere near reached my data limit.

I’m currently in Italy my roaming data was working fine and now stopped after 3 days was this issue ever resolved 

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET @Raigan Shuter?

Hi @Raigan Shuter 

 

If your data was already working and suddenly isn’t this wouldn’t indicate an issue with the network or the settings (unless something was changed), do you have any data left in this allowance?

 

Have you tried resetting network settings?

 

For iPhone;

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

 

For Android;

Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

 

Resetting network settings will NOT reset any personal data (Photos, Videos, Contacts etc) only network settings.
