Hi @Seth ,It's easy to change your Direct Debit date in the app. Once you've logged in, navigate to 'My Billing', and then to 'Manage my Direct Debit'. Then click on 'Change my Direct Debit date'.Let us know if you have any issues. Thanks, Kash

Hi @Dave S,If you are a pay monthly customer, your out-of-plan charges will show on your monthly bill.You can check your charges via the iD Mobile App or on your account online.If you wish to change your cap so you can limit the charges, you can do so via your account also.Please let us know if you require further information regarding this.Thanks. Kash

Unable to use data

Firstly could you please check the coverage at your home address using the coverage checker here.Do you have any issues when browsing the internet? Please could you ensure that your mobile data is on and ensure that data is turned on for the apps that you wish to use data for. You can check this at Settings > Cellular, then turn Cellular Data on or off for any app that can use cellular data.Once we have further information we can advise you further. Thanks,Kash

This may also be on your email(s) sent from us (not the order confirmation).If you can't find it this way, another easy way to get the number is to try calling a friend or family and getting them to confirm the number that shows.If you are unable to do either of these please let us know and we can assist you further with locating the number and looking into the termination of the contract. Thanks,Kash
