Hello @r.scholes74,CLI (calling line identity) is on by default for UK mobile networks; the caller can choose to hide their line identity (number) using #31# as a prefix when calling, but it seems unlikely everyone calling you is doing this.Unless you’ve got an app on your phone doing this, your SIM might not be properly registered on iD’s mobile network.It might be worth asking for a replacement SIM, but you might need to request this via iD customer services using Live Chat or the iD social media channels.For iD Live Chat visit following page:https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chatYou might need your customer service PIN, and also tell the chat bot “talk to a person”. Someone's been sending spam texts from my number, how do I stop this?

Hello @Mel Bell,Could be that someone is ‘spoofing’ your number when sending these SPAM texts.You can report the SPAM texts to iD, but you should probably let iD know that you believe someone is using your mobile number in this way.I recommend you contact iD, using their Live Chat service from following page:https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chatYou might need your customer service PIN, and also tell the chat bot “talk to a person”. Okay @muhammadtalhah2001, if you’ve been trying to do this using the iD app then maybe you should try from the website, on a tablet, laptop or desktop PC.Visit https://my.idmobile.co.uk and sign-in.You should be able to manage your DD from “My Billing > Manage my Direct Debit”.Good luck!

Hello @CJW,Sorry that the Samsung link didn’t solve the issue.With Android smartphones all being slightly different and with Google releasing new versions annually, it can be challenging to work out how to do things.You could try Samsung Support or perhaps look on YouTube for guidance on “Managing Spam emails and addresses” in the Samsung email app.Good luck!

Just purchased iphone se 2020 - lock status?

Hello @abitfairytale,Not directly related but, from Dec 2021, UK mobile networks will not be allowed to sell locked mobile phones.In addition, your iPhone SE supports dual SIMs; if you ask EE for an eSIM then you could use your iD nano SIM and your EE eSIM together - no need to remove a SIM from your iPhone.to switch between networks.Cheers, ^AW

Hello @jrevans22, Not a great response from Live Chat team.You could make a formal complaint to iD or you could raise the matter with your bank or credit card company - wherever you funded the £10 bundle from.Tell bank or credit card issuer you’ve paid for a service, which hasn’t been provided - they’ll often refund the money, particularly if you tell them the merchant denies/disputes receiving the payment.Is the bundle payment (to iD) shown in any of your statements?Good luck!

Hello @Debbie80,If it’s an upgrade SIM, then it won’t be activated and you can ignore it.If it’s a new SIM, then it’ll be activated so you’ll need to cancel the SIM with iD.Assuming it’s a new SIM and you want to cancel quickly, use the iD Live Chat service at:https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chatTo avoid the chat bot, ask to “speak to an agent”; there are agents 9am to 8pm, Mon - Fri.Good luck!
