Weather not updating on phone

Hello@Geraldhunt13, Have you tried testing your SIM in her phone vice versa to see if this works? Are you referring to the default weather app on the phone? Have you checked the handset settings? Can you also confirm if you've enabled GPS on the phone to the correct settings? Most weather apps use your GPS to determine your location. Have you tried this over WiFi and also over mobile data?
