Old number not transferred to new ID Sim. Old Sim not working anymore

Is it a iPhone, if so once number as transferred you need to manually charge your number insetting; if not sure how just google.

missing data from new months allowance

As I can’t get through to ID Mobile I’ve now requested my pac code and off I go to lebara; 3GB for £2.97 per month….more data less money. ID Mobile, been with you over 5 years, never had a problem before, but poor customer service (even taking into account COVID-19) mean I’m off to pastures new...sort it .
