Setting up a pin number

Go to Security & Privacy. Select Screen lock & password. Then select Password. After that you can choose to set up a password, PIN or pattern. If you're talking about the PIN to your SIM lock. After Security & Password, go to More and then SIM Lock. You can change your PIN there.

Huawei P20 Pro - Single or Dual Sim?

The Huawei P20 Pro is available in two models - CLT-L29C (Twilight) and CLT-L09C (Other models). The Twilight model is Dual SIM while other models are Single SIM. However, both of them support the Nano SIM.
