Hello Mohammed, thank you very much for your rapid response. I regret signing up for this contract about 3 weeks ago which I think is £2.00 or £2.50 for extra GB downloads but I had no idea I would pay a one off fee of £39.99 and that came as a shock when I was literally pounds off my credit limit with my bank (and I can provide proof of that via email to yourselves). I have been very unhappy with my phone as its keeps telling me the storage limit has ben treached so I thought adding 10GB of £2.50 per mth would be good but I ver knew it was £2.50 plus a one off fee of £39.99. I am going to have to replace this phone and would like ypu to consider refunding me £39.99 or large portion of that and cancel my £2.50 per month as the uprate has not worked at all.
