Changing SIM to one NANO which fits SAMSUNG S6

How can you get iD moble to change this?I have changed phone and needer smaller SIM. I am gobsmacked that this is not clear on the website nor when you call up. I have phone up 2 times and the call centre line drops. Furthermore the live chat is down. I hope iD mobile gives better service in the future.
