switchig to ID mobile - How do I submit a PAC code without my transaction number

Hello I am trying to switch the ID mobile via the website with the PAC I have been given, however I can’t find the ID mobile number and transaction number on any of my emails in order to complete this. Would you be able to help me with this? many thanks  maddy Bell
