iPhone setup for mail.cix.co.uk

Can anyone kindly detail how to access my CIX mail and send it from my iPhone? I've tried copying the Thunderbird settings but get an 'account error' thanks, Simonides

Why do pay monthly users pay nearly four times more to call a foreign mobile?

According to https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/international-and-roaming-charges it'll cost me as a pay monthly user 19p/minute to call a german mobile phone, but only 6p/minute for a PAYG user. How strange that it's more expensive for a pay monthly user and not less. Anyone know why? thanks Simonides
