Text messages not being sent in 4g area

Hi i have an iphone se, recently when sending text messages i get a bounce back saying not delivered, this only happens when im on a 4g reception area, messages I send on 3g are fine. To complicate matters, i can receive text messages both on 4g and 3g, but sometimes even though my phone says my message hasn't been delivered people have replied to say they have in fact received my text, it means i cant trust my phone when sending messages. Anyone had the same problem? and recommend a fix? Cheers
