Cancelling my contract

How much will it cost me to cancel my rolling monthly contract? I have tried to get an answer via the app plus my PAC number but I keep getting messages to say they are having problems. I currently pay £6 per month for a basic contact.

calls cutting off

Why does my mobile keep cutting out when I call certain people? I ring these people, they answer, then it cuts out! Really annoying! I have an iphone 5s.

Upgrade sim card

I just received a new sim card to upgrade. However, I went through the activation process with the old sim card in. I then put the new sim card in. It says it takes upto 24 hours to activate. Does this mean I cannot use my phone until then as it is telling me NO SERVICE. I cannot make calls.Ken

Connection to a landline

When I try to ring my friend’s landline from my mobile it will not connect. I just hear a click and it cuts out. I can ring her using my landline no problem. I have an iphone 5s. Also a friend is ringing me from her mobile to mine and it cuts out after a couple of minutes conversation. Just happened three times. What’s up? Ant suggestions please. Could it be something to do with my phone setting?Ken

My calls keep getting cut off

I have an iPhone 5S and keep getting cut off after a few minutes conversation on speaker phone at home. I have checked coverage for my home area (PR2 7AZ) and it states OK for 3G but states N/A for 4G though the 5S is supposed to handle 4G. Is there a setting on my phone that is not correct limiting call length? Or is it my Internet provider, TalkTalk’s problem?I am getting really frustrated!!!

Phone cuts off after a while talking

My wife uses my iphone 5S to talk to her friends occasionally at home. However, on more than one occasion the call has been ended/cut off after she has been talking for a while. Is this ID mobile coverage fault. The phone’s fault? Internet provider?

Sending photographs with a text message - iPhone 5S (MMS Message)

Why will my iphone 5S not let me send a photograph attached to a text message even at home? Is it the limit of ID mobile coverage? Or my internet provider (TalkTalk)? or the phone?

Green texts problem

Why can I not send green texts on my iphone5S sometimes? I just get the red exclamation mark and undelivered. Very frustrating!

Issue with ending my contract online

Once I get to the reasons for wanting to leave I can tick the appropriate circle but the continue message is below the screen and if I drag it up to try and click it and let go it disappears again without continuing!
