My data ran out when I didn’t use it

This morning I checked the amount of mobile data I had and it was 1.7 GB. I later got a text at 4pm saying I had used 80% of my data left!! My mobile data has only been on for an hour or so, but I didn’t use it and then it was on airplane mode for hours! no apps have been downloaded Im Not sure whether something downloaded or it’s a fault on the system or something? I still have two weeks before it renews and I need data to get to and from school every day! Can anyone help? Live chat is always busy!

Transferred my number - but it’s not working!

I recently bought a new phone on an iD contract. I set up the iPhone with the sim iD gave me, and then a couple of days later got my old number transferred using a pac code. However, it won’t let me use my data or call anyone. It Justs says, “number not recognised.” Any help please?
