Problems connecting roaming in Italy - Troubleshooting and now solved

Hi all, I really support things like this community forum so i wanted to share a problem i had in Italy and how i solved it. When i landed i had no internet but did have calls and texts. This lasted for a day and then i became frustrated by no internet. I search this forum and others for a solution. The only advice was to manually enter APN and try switching to 3G. After speaking with support they were not able to solve the problem. But whilst waiting i was troubleshooting i found that i couldn't connect to any networks except 22250. Same on 4G and 3G. But when i switched to 2G i could connect to WIND. Then once connected i could change to 3G. 4G never worked. So if you find yourself unable to connect to the internet try switching to 2G, connect to another network and switch again to 3G. I hope this helps someone. Ross
