Mobile Phone screen gone black suddenly

Hi I had purchased ID Pay Monthly plan on 22 October 2018 alongwith samsung S8 mobile, worth £18.99 per month. Today my mobile screen went suddenly black and i cant see anything on it. It seems to be on and when i tried to ring my number from my wife's mobile, it did ring but screen as i said is black and i cant see anything on it. Its needless to say how important mobile phone is for our daily life. Please advise what to do?

Not getting NHS offer

Hi. I am an NHS worker and availed your NHS offer in which there is unlimited min/text & data till october without any charge. I registered through my work email and had got confirmation email as well. But am getting the same monthly bills deducted as direct debit. Please advise on this.

End of contract

Hi. I joined ID mobile on 22 oct 18 and my 2 year contract ends on 21 oct 2020. I want to end my contract but keep my number. My id app says next payment due 5th nov 2020 worth 27.99 gbp. When i sent the INFO text on 85075, it said i owe 54.69 gbp as final payment to end my contract. I understant 27gbp is for the month i am using my allowances now. 1. Why i am being charged extra 27gbp2. If i end my contract now - when will my allowances cease? Please give me a date (not a general answer).3. If i want to use allowances for this month (as i have paid for it) when should i cancel my contract to avoid further charges. Please give me a date (not general answer)4. Please tell the procedure to retain my number while going to PAYG plans. Please give me specific answers re my questions. Thanks Muhammad Adeel Ghias
