sim only upgrade not showing

I recently upgraded from a previous sim only plan to a better sim only deal through the ‘upgrade now’ section of the iD mobile app. I chose the deal I wanted and re-entered bank details, bought the deal and have received a order confirmation for the sim only plan, but my previous plan is still shown on the app with previous allowances etc. I am unsure why the deal is not showing in the app because we upgraded following the upgrade section of the app.
