Upgrade update

I just tried to upgrade I was given a order number after I put my bank details in but I still haven’t received email confirmation or text to see if my order has gone through can someone please help

Transfer my number

hi can anybody help. I ported my number from EE two days ago on the 3rd day it’s saying no service I’ve tried everything turning my phone on and off, removing and replacing sim, reset network but nothing seems to work I don’t know what else to do 😩😩can someone please help .
