App doesnt remember my name or password even though saved to google password

Hi there, The app seems to be such a pain, I can’t login to app using my fingerprint or passcode. It also never remembers my username and password, even though these are saved to google password a/c I have a samsung S10, so is a relatively new handset, I don’t have problems with any other app, I though this may be a bug but has been going on for about the last 8 months, I never had a problem before.. It use to run seemlessly, but now is just annoying me, as I never remember my details and have to go and search for login details manually.   regards Andy
