Switching over the Easter bank holiday weekend.

During Bank Holidays it can take a few extra days depending on when your PAC or STAC is submitted. Please use the below table for reference on the upcoming Easter bank holiday weekend and the impact this has on switching over to iD.

Please note: If you’ve just upgraded with us, you won’t have to switch as your number will automatically be active on your new plan 😊

Give us your PAC or STAC by: Date you’ll switch to iD:
Wednesday 27th March before 5.30 pm

Thursday 28th March between 8 am & 10 pm
Wednesday 27th March after 5.30 pm - Thursday 28th before 5.30 pm Tuesday 2nd April between 8 am & 10 pm
Thursday 28th March after 5.30 pm - Tuesday 2nd April before 5.30 pm Wednesday 3rd April between 8 am & 10 pm

I have filled form to send pac code, put my surname in capitals, started  transaction number with “4” , but keep getting “we tried to process your PAC, BUT THERE IS AN ISSUE”  message. I ordered new I’d mobile sim last night and wanted to keep my old number. This is not a good start! Please advise.
