cancel an upgrade

Hi I have just received my upgrade phone and it’s the wrong one. (My mistake) I wish to send it back and get the correct phone. There is no way I can see of doing this on your website, chat bot is not available and the carphone warehouse help line can’t help.

can you please tell me what I need to do.
